  My family and I are Miami transplants. When we miss Miami, this quick trip to Pollo Tropical really sets the Miami tone. White rice and black beans is just the right combination with all the right seasonings. My wife ordered the half chicken meal, I got the tropi-chop and added tomatoes to it. My daughters had their kids tropi-chop which comes with a drink and a chocolate chip cookie. So if you are wondering about the 4 stars in service, it's for something really petty. They didn't give us our drinks. None of them. Either way the overall experience far exceeded what we were anticipating. Oh, BTW, the cheesy yuca-bites replacement, the plantain cheesy bites are really good. In my personal opinion, they should have both on the menu.

  I order a large family meal, and I didn't notice it would take a while to get ready. I drove there, and I was surprised on how politely they listened to me and accommodate my request for fast take-out. While I waited I noticed how clean and organized the restaurant was. And the food? It was absolutely amazing! It was plenty for 10 people, and everything was prepped to perfection. I would like to thank the whole crew for this amazing experience! I will be back for sure 🤩

  They never give the order correct when pick up, there is always missing, and customer service over the phone always wants to give out credit instead of giving money back.

  Me encanta, es muy Sabroso y rico, en verdad me.encanto El personal es muy amigable y Buena Gente, 10/10! La manager ana es muy buena persona la Mejor manager.
