  Totalmente decepcionado, llegue a las 11 de la noche y no tenían pollo ni comida. Como cocinero que soy entiendo que una jornada laboral en un restaurante no es fácil y querer salir a la hora establecida es entendible. Pero la experiencia del cliente en mi criterio, debería de ser la prioridad para todos aquellos que trabajamos en la industria gastronómica. Como profesional en la industria alimentaria, de establecimientos como este no espero mucho. Aunque en la publicidad presenten platos espectaculares, que la comida esté bonita y pollo dorado yo se lo que voy a recibir… pero llegar y que no haya comida, cuando todavía falta una hora para cerrar… Creo que es una falta de consideración para un comensal que se tomó la molestia de manejar hasta su establecimiento. NO ME GUSTA HACER COMENTARIOS NEGATIVOS, nunca los había echo, ni por pollo quemado, ni arroz sobre cocido, ni comida sin sabor, pero esto si pasa la raya y lo sentí como una falta de respeto.   Disappointed. 45 minutes until closure and they don’t have chicken… their main ingredient. Employees didn’t even offer anything else. Wow.

  Today we ordered lunch from Pollo Tropical from what we thought was the location in Lake Buena Vista but it ended up being this location. Since we work in the Lake Buena Vista area we could not visit the East Colonial location. We attempted to call the location but ended up having to enter information on an automated line which sent us a text saying that couldn’t help us same day. There was not an opportunity to speak with anyone e at the restaurant. So, we had to place a second order at the Lake Buena Vista resulting in us paying for our lunch twice. It would be nice if we could hear from management from this restaurant and helpful if they can refund that initial order that will never be picked up. Thanks for responding but are you going to refund the purchase???? That’s the most important thing!

  The chicken sandwich was barely warm and not much flavor. My wife's food was good she said.

  It’s 6:14pm I came through the drive through about 15mins ago. Chicken was dry like it was old, plantains were dryer up as well. Went and got my refund for the plantains at least. The drive through employee was short, and not nice or welcoming, very much drained; doesn’t want to be at work I guess. The name on the receipt says Barbara,
