The whole staff last night October 24th were too concerned about an issue with a gentleman that it was complaining for not being helped and because he was waiting for a long time. When it was our turn, even the woman on the register was looking to see what was going on with the other customer. When finally she decided to take our order, she was so rude to me, that my 16 year old daughter had to talked to her like she was a child. Then instead of getting our order ready, they were all paying attention to that customer complaining. One of the cooks saw us, and she decided to have one of the young staff members help us. It took about 30 minutes to get our To Go order ready. When we were leaving the Drive Thru was all backed up. They definitely need better staff. Then when we got home, the side order of fries, only had 6 fries. 🤦♀️🤦♀️ unbelievable. What a waste of money and time. Never again. We noticed last night that at this location at least, they do not like to help people that do not speak spanish.
