The person picking this order up for me went through the drive thru, and they said my order did not exist. I spoke with the manager inside of the store via speaker phone to resolve this issue, and had him show the manager my receipt for this order, proof of payment, order number, and ask the manager to make my order. The manager refused to make my order or issue me a refund. Thanks to using up the last of my money in my bank account for this order that was not fulfilled and not getting a refund, and I now don’t have any money to eat tonight which was supposed to be the first time that I have eaten anything today. Happy New Years and NEVER order from this restaurant via the Pollo Tropical App. You might not get your food and a refund while the female manager refuses to help. I’m filing a complaint with corporate because this is HIGHLY unacceptable.

They gave me back the same exact food i turned in just microwaved. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, it’s what I pay for and ask for. Seems like they just want to take the easy way out. The food did not taste the same since it was SCORCHING now giving me burns inside my mouth. The cashier was nice however I will not be returning to this location after this horrible experience. I do not recommend coming here, there’s plenty of other options nearby!
