- JPJordan PeacockNov 17, 20253.0We're fans of Pollo Tropical in general, and this location has definitely improved in appearance since its remodel, but a MAJORITY of the time, we have found something to be missing from the order. If we dine in, it's easy to get that sorted out, but if you get takeout, you really need to check your order before you leave. They used to have a sauce bar that was a highlight of the experience, but now you ask for these little cups of sauce when you order. My latest order shows all the sauces we requested, but not a single one of them was put in the bag for pickup. What's worse, I didn't notice before leaving that my Tropichops Trio was actually only a duo, because they also left out the mojo pork. The food is great, and (when it is included) in decent portions, but the high mistake frequency (never in my favor of course) on packing the bags is the primary reason we don't drop by more often at this location.

El plato que yo pedí el cual vengo comiendo hace 20 años allí me dijeron que no podía pedirlo así, no siquiera pagando extra. No tenían arroz blanco, pero a los minutos de habernos entregado la comida apareció el arroz blanco! Ni siquiera me dieron la opción de pagar. No les recomiendo esta locación, no vengan aquí.
