Kaio was of no help when trying to order a quesadilla wrap I was told the machine was “not working” and proceeded to laugh and smirk in my face while we were trying to order. I also overheard him say the same about a wrap to someone else behind me in line , when we both saw someone else in the back preparing a wrap for the drive thru. I ended up ordering a tropichop bowl since the wrap machine was “broken” and asked for cilantro garlic sauce from who I would assume was “Lesly” but they weren’t wearing a name tag, and was told they were out of it. When I asked for cilantro garlic sauce from kaio he said there was some in the back and I had to ask if he could get some from the back then please , he brought me back two sauce cups. Food was of close to normal quality that I expect from pollo tropical. Service was just very disappointing and disrespectful could have been completely avoidable.

I normally order the family whole chicken meal. Only 4 items come with the order. They routinely forget at least one of those items. I finally got fed up with this. So I called customer service and got routed to a call center! Not the location I ordered from. I went back the next day and requested a have the missing part of my order replaced. Since I wasted gas money to return to the restaurant. Nicole the manager didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience not even a drink after I politely asked. And explained the situation. They don’t pay attention when filling orders and when you ask them to make it right they have the nerve to have an attitude. No apology no customer service. Will not be returning.
