When we asked for an update we were told by one girl that “front of house is not my problem don’t come at me with questions I’m going home in 15 minutes”. The girl who was on the front of house was on FaceTime the entire time and completely ignored everyone who asked her questions. The entire staff was more concerned about their social life once 12pm hit rather than actually serving and helping the customers. Disgraceful service.

He went back 3 more times, 3rd time was the one at 8:30pm, but for what? For 2 boneless wings and a few pieces of breading. Restaurant can be packed, but you still gotta meet the standards even if the food is to go.

His behavior was completely unprofessional, dismissive, and showed zero concern for customer service. Instead of resolving issues, he acted irritated and unwilling to take responsibility, which set a terrible tone for the entire visit. On top of that, the restaurant itself was dirty and poorly maintained. Tables weren’t cleaned, the floors were messy, and the overall environment felt neglected. It’s unacceptable for a place serving food to look and feel this unsanitary. Management sets the standard, and unfortunately Bruce does the opposite. Until leadership improves and cleanliness becomes a priority, I would not recommend this location to anyone
