With this order, I received only one marinara sauce. When I asked for an additional sauce—since one small container isn’t nearly enough for a full order of breadsticks—I was told it would cost $0.80 extra. While I did pay the fee, I found this frustrating. Given the portion size of the breadsticks, one marinara simply isn’t sufficient. It’s disappointing to be charged extra for what should reasonably be included with the order. Additionally, the cashier’s response lacked courtesy and understanding. I believe this could have been handled more thoughtfully. I’ve always appreciated Pizza Hut’s service and quality, but experiences like this can make customers feel nickeled and dimed. I hope you’ll reconsider your sauce policy and better train staff on how to handle these situations with care and professionalism.
