Magda and her team of cooks were on point, much faster and more lively than the staff of the Little Ceasars right fown the road. Worth it coming here to this Pizza Hut.

I'm giving the staff five stars because they've always been nice to me, I give one star for Pizza Hut Corporation! It has been a little while since the last time I bought wings from Pizza Hut so I decided to take advantage of their limited time BOGO offer for Wednesdays and I got my favorite two flavors which is garlic parmesan and buffalo medium. The garlic parmesan was irrecognizable, it used to be a very tasty creamy sauce that coated the entire wing and you could see some of the seasoning mixed in to the sauce and you had actual pieces of shaved Parmesan that were stuck to the wings via the sauce as well. Now it's an oily flavorless mess without a single piece of shredded parmesan in site! This might be the most flagrant quality decline that I have ever seen from a product that I used to buy on a regular basis. The buffalo sauce tasted fine it was a little watery it used to be thicker coating the wing in a way that it didn't drip which was much better so that too was not at all what it used to be. It's really a shame because I was looking forward to tasting those wings and they were a far cry from my memory of days past. Again this does not fall on the store this is 100% corporate the store has zero control over the ingredients that they are given to use.

This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. We placed an online order for a pizza that was half pepperoni and half ham. Shortly after, I received a call saying they were out of ham, so I asked that the ham side simply be made as cheese instead.
When we arrived, my mom was told the order would be ready in five minutes. She went back in after five minutes only to find out the pizza hadn’t even been started. They were still having issues with the no ham, after I already provided them with my new request on the phone 20 minutes prior. They offered her a brownie and store credit, which felt like a quick fix instead of addressing the issue.
After waiting an additional ten minutes, then my mom finally came out with it. We finally brought the order home—only to realize it was wrong. The order ticket clearly specifies left side and right side, yet it was not followed. The entire pizza had crispy pepperoni, even though we asked for regular, and we ordered stuffed crust, which wasn’t included it was hand tossed.
When I called to explain the problem, I was met with resistance from the lady and told that my mom had already been given a credit, as if that meant we were expected to accept whatever was made. I was then put on hold and never returned to. When I called back, the phone rang endlessly with no answer.
Between the delays, incorrect order, and lack of accountability from the store or communication, this was extremely poor customer service. Needless to say I had to go buy something different to eat since I don't eat pepperoni at all (hence the half and half). I called and got customer service but since they were in the call center they couldn't help me with the name of the lady who was handling our order. They offered to transfer me back to the store that wasn't answering, i declined. Then, They provided me the corporate number.

Dante Cigola is a rockstar! He was so patient with our order, answered our questions with a smile, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was fast, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. If Google allowed 10 stars, Dante would get them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
