It did not taste fresh at all, which is unacceptable considering it was supposed to be a freshly made order. I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to order from here again.
- KKKali KatoeDec 1, 20251.0On Dec1,2025 around 12:20pm.I called about an order I placed and I spoke with a Latino immigrant who says she is the day shift manager “ELIZABELL”the young lady was rude and very combative and actually told me to pull up in a threatening manner all because I told her my order was not delivered entirely and requesting for the remaining item be sent back out. Customer service from this place is the worse I’ve ever seen. I was denied what I paid for and told that from now on I am refused service. I ask to speak with the manager which she replied she was the manager and the owner. Wow imagine that . I hope the real manger and owner review that call and deal with the this matter appropriately
