- J1J 1Nov 16, 20251.0I went to pick up a pizza from this location and the guy was in the kitchen. So I'm standing out there with two other guys, and he hands the one guy in item and then just walk straight back into the kitchen without acknowledging me at all. He saw that I'm standing there. He is in a position of customer service. When you walk out and hand somebody something and you see somebody new there that you have not acknowledged yet, you acknowledge them and ask them what they need. And then go back into the kitchen. Don't completely ignore the new people that are there. Just because you don't want to deal with them at that moment. You acknowledge that and then you go about your business. Ask them what they are there for don't just ignore them. This is somebody who clearly should not be working in a position of customer service. The person he just handed items to had walked out the door so he was done with them. Then he turned around to walk back into the kitchen completely ignoring the other people standing there. Completely unacceptable. I turned around and walked out.
