Front desk person said to try to order it online through the app because he doesn’t know how to do it and tried to avoid to get the manager. Shortly after, another customer came up with the same coupon to redeem and then he got a manager. That was ridiculous and lazy service of them. I also noticed the attitude I received for not leaving a tip. Why would I leave a tip when you literally tried to avoid providing service IN STORE? Customer service was very poor of them.
