    I spend a entire hour wating for my order for the manager to tell me that they forgot the cinnamon stick when 20 earlier was telling that we were just waiting for that. Is completely disrespectful and unprofessional then if we complain as dasher said she will call and banned us to pick up from there!

    It’s been 10 years since I got Pizza Hut pizza. Used to be my favorite. Their pizza is just not good anymore. I added additional pepperoni and cheese, buttered the crust and had to reheat it and it was OK. Used to have a nice buttery crust in the pan pizza and it’s just not there anymore.

    I just came in for an order that I ordered online on lunch break, and the lady helped me right away, but then I forgot sauce, and she was busy. The guy in the back looked at me twice and didn’t help or say anything. I was blatantly being ignored. Very poor customer service. I couldn’t sit there for 19 min waiting on my lunch break

    I can honestly say this is one of the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. I placed my order at 7:00pm ticket # 0106 this was for pick up I entered the store at 7:20pm my order I had placed was their special they had going on which was one medium Pepperoni, one medium cheese, pizza, one order of cheesy sticks and one order of cinnamon sticks total $23.42 after waiting for 22 minutes In their lobby I was approached by the cashier to inform me that they had burned the cinnamon sticks and it was going to be another 20 minutes while my pizza was just sitting there getting cold I was told that I would be refunded and if I didn’t receive my refund to bring my receipt back the following day it’s now 8:18 pm and I’m now leaving Pizza Hut very dissatisfied
