  Great service and clean restaurant but as someone who’s been eating Pei Wei over ten years, both times I went the food was subpar and not as good as other locations I’ve had . Probably won’t be back to this location . I gave them a second chance after grand opening and the second time was worse than the first .

  Went tonight 2.20.26 and it was great. The cashier's were fast and efficient. I sat in the little waiting area and watched them cook while I waited. The staff was super friendly and ensured I had everything I needed. When I got home the Pad Thai was on point. So excited we have this in the neighborhood now.

  I have been visiting this location for the past few days for their grand opening and am highly impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere. The food is always hot and delicious! The employees were all attentive and friendly willing to help anyway they can. I want to express my sincere gratitude for one that stood out the most: Vanessa. Vanessa is one of the employees at this location and provided exceptional customer service. Greeting each and every customer with a big smile, making sure food was delivered promptly, and ensuring the restaurant was always clean while going to each table to check on the customers. Employees like Vanessa are star examples of how to conduct a successful business. I will be back! Thank you

  I have been eating at various Pei Wei's for over 16 years. Sadly, I moved to a area not close to one, so for three years I have not had Pei Wei. This location just opened up and my wife and I went to try it, excited to have one of our fav Asian Fast Food places back, and my word it did not disappoint. It is opening week, and you would expect issues with the food or service due to how busy they were, and nope! It was the best Honey Seared Chicken I have had in a very long time. Their Celebration location was also pretty consistent, but the Osceola Parkway one was almost always bad sadly. Everything was perfect and the Regional Manager was great to chat with and seemed like they have done a great job at training the staff. My wife tried the new Wagyu spring rolls and she loved them! We will def. be eating here at least once a month!!!!!! Keep up the good work! I will update my review again in a few months to report back if they still deserve the 5 star rating! Also, park in the back! there is a back door you can walk in or if it is locked, there is a walkway in the middle of the building so you can easily get to Pei Wei.

  Delicious food, great customer service, and an excellent location! The restaurant was very clean and well maintained, which made the experience even better. Overall, I had a great visit and would definitely recommend Pei Wei to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a welcoming environment. Vanessa the GM is wonderful and very pleasant.
