While staying at the World Center Marriott in Orlando, my delivery was sent to the wrong hotel. When I called, they asked if I wanted the driver to pick the pizza up from that hotel and bring it to me, which I found completely unacceptable. I requested a refund instead, was promised one, and never received it. I escalated the issue to the corporate office and they again promised a refund that still has not been issued. I had to pay for another meal that night, and Papa John’s has refused to make this right, so they’ve lost a loyal customer.

It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a simple order corrected. This experience has definitely made me reconsider ordering from this location again.

And I said I only needed one extra, and he just grabbed two and gave them to me with no hesitation. Pizza was amazing and hot. 🥰
