My wife and I have breakfast and spend a couple of hours everyday here before going back home. Today, both of my Sip Club accounts expired and Annie knowing that for several years coming here, did not even asked if I wanted a complimentary coffee. Your Winter Park location on Park Ave does that as a courtesy but not at this place. That for us was very much giving a NEW Corporate MODO that it’s all about the money. Forget the human factor behind this. So sad. Today, I was approached by the director of the company and we had a very wonderful conversation. The issue was addressed and I strongly believe it has been corrected. Awesome. The employees here are all wonderful and I do understand that sometimes things are done without fully thinking them out. That is the human factor in all of us. So I have changed my review from one star to five stars.
