Realized it was not toasted as requested. Took it back to the counter and requested to have it toasted again. Kathryn was very rude. Stated she could not take it back because it had left the food counter which is understandable due to food safety rules. Told me to put it in the microwave. I refused because I wanted it toasted. She proceeded to give me a hard time but made me another sandwich which was barely toasted. Didn't bother to ask for another one. The cashier (Vivian) and Carmen, who offered to make me another sandwich, were very helpful and polite. I have been a customer of Panera for at least 10 years or more. I do not appreciate being mistreated or made to feel discriminated because of my religious preferences. Very disappointed
