They hide flavored teas and lemonades in the back and ask you to pay more for them when asked where they are after you’ve already paid. Nothing tastes fresh anymore. It’s sad because I used to really like Panera. Now it’s just like every other fast food restaurant, and not a healthier or better alternative to one.
