  Deserved a 0 star. From the moment we approached the host, it was obvious that we weren’t welcome. He eventually seat us at an unset high table with a 2 year old while he made sure to set a table for a family of 7 with utensils napkins and plates . Anyway the waiter actually moved us to a lower table took our drinks order and eventually came back with two large styrofoam cups saying they out of kids juice ( for a 2 year old). Anyway we patiently waited for him to take our orders but after 40 minutes he came back with utensils and still didn’t take our orders . Everyone that came after us was already half way through their meals . We decided to pay for the drinks that we didn’t even tasted and still had to wait a while to pay for them . Never wanted it be said that black folks walked out of outback and didn’t pay for the service that wasn’t even offered . Anyway lesson learnt . Go with your first intuition. Outback please do better . Everyone matters.

  We got on the wait list online and showed up at the time specified. When I made contact with the hostess he didn't seem to understand that I was already on the wait list so I had to give her my name again and she finally found me after a couple minutes. We still waited over half an hour to be seated even though there were a lot of open tables at 8:00 at night. When we were finally seated the service was fine the food however the bone-in ribeyes which are normally juicy and tender at other outbacks, at this one they were not. One thing they had plenty of was pepper, you could hardly taste the steak through all the pepper. My wife and I both ordered our steaks medium rare hers was medium in mine was rare.

  I wouldnt normal post a mediocre review - but just had to for this visit. There were 4 of us, called in and put on the wait-list and seated right away at about 6:30 on a Sunday night. Ordered drinks and one appetizer. About 15 min later got drinks and 10 min later they took our food order along with one meal for takeout that we told them they could bring out anytime. No isses yet, figured our app would be out soon. Nope - they came with our salads - which we told them we didn't want yet as we were still waiting on our app. About 15 min later we were told they ran out of our app - they would take off the bill. We eventually got out salads again and then another 20 min later our meals (no takeout order yet) - they would bring out right after we were finished. When we finally did get our bill - low and behold - we were charged for that blooming onion app we never got. Got that removed and waited for takeout order. Finally out of there by 9pm Two and 1/2 hours to have a meal only (no app or desert) is ridiculous! Food was "ok" - certainly not worth 2-1/2 hrs. Good thing we were there with great friends who are also very patient. I'd stear clear of this Outback unless you have tons of time and want extremely slow service. Very disappointing!

  My husband and I were visiting from out of town and decided to stop in for dinner. We sat at the bar and enjoyed some drinks before our meal. Our bartender, Mia, was incredibly friendly and attentive — she really made us feel welcome. We had such a great night, and our dinner was absolutely amazing.

  Outback is one of the restaurants that I have visited the most in my life, in several parts of the world. And it seems to me that they've been decaying little by little in recent years. Yesterday I went to this one and it took me quite sometime to get someone to help me with my orders. I saw people coming in and seating down after me and they were being handled and ordering before me. After awhile trying to catch someone's attention, a waiter came in and took my order. I ordered the steak and shrimp and it was unbelievable the shrimps they served (see picture). Shrimps were cold, steak was good. They also forgot the caesar salad I ordered. Overall it was not the best experience and things seem to be a little bit worse than the last time I visited.
