Rarely do i post negative but this place is a bad representation of the brand. 1 Silverware had hair - beer was flat had to be returned - charged extra for crumbled blue cheese salad (literally had 1 crumb of sweet pecan, no crumbled blue cheese what so ever) soup was extremely salty and had to be returned. Baked potatoes was cold. Will not be returning to this restaurant ever again. Outside dining was not an option as a Jesus freek with a bull horn and dressed in an African military uniform was preaching at full volume on property. No member of management stopped by to check on us. We just paid the check and left.

Ordered the Delmonico at Outback, which apparently translates to “a tired ribeye that gave up halfway through cooking.” The menu promised a seasoned crust; what I received was a smooth, featureless surface that could double as a stress ball.
Pro tip: if you want a loaded baked potato, be sure to specify it — otherwise you’ll be treated to a plain potato so naked it should come with a disclaimer.
Pickup was its own adventure. Nothing says “quality dining experience” like parking with your hazards on, praying your car survives while you go inside to repeat your four‑letter last name three separate times to a staff that looks genuinely baffled by it. There were maybe three tables occupied, so the 10–15 minute wait was a nice surprise.
I’m not looking for a refund or a follow‑up. I just hope this saves at least a few people from wandering into this impressively mismanaged establishment. May God have mercy on your soul.

My partner and went here on New Year's Day and when we were eating our appetizers, a roach walked on our Booth's seat. When I got up and inspected the booth's cushions and furniture, there were smashed roaches in between 💀 I was too grossed out to remember to take pictures. I will also say that the manager and waitress that served us were very nice about it and apologetic and they didn't charge us for our food, they also offered for us to get something else and/or move booths if we wanted but our appetite was ruined at that point. 😅 I would not recommend eating here before a thorough inspection is made.

I was severely disappointed in my most recent trip to this establishment. Not only were we ignored by our waiter, but an extra item was added to our tab. We waited over half an hour to solve the issue after speaking to five workers only to be told to just leave. Every time we were passed to a new worker, they were unaware of our situation and tried to claim we didn’t pay (we actually overpaid by 20 cents). In addition to being charged twice for the bloomin’ onion, it was also the worst we’ve ever had from an Outback Steakhouse. Severely disappointed by the entire experience and how we were not compensated for the trouble, time it cost us, and just the rudeness of the claims by the staff. Before realizing we had been double charged I also had already tipped nicely. Please go to a different Outback.

Kitchen must be understaffed and overwhelmed. Our waitress was kind and attentive, offering more bread and filling drinks. Food took about an hour to arrive. Two of the five steaks came out very overcooked. One was sent back, and we were told “the manager might come out to talk”. The rest of us finished our food before the final plate arrived 20 minutes later. I’m not sure why they took the entire plate, including the sides, when the steak can’t be uncooked. Instead, the person had to wait beyond the hour while everyone else finished. I understand mistakes happen, but this seems like poor policy.
