We came with small baby stroller to dine in and the server told us to put the stroller to the side of the front entrance. My baby is sleeping on the stroller so I told the server we just going to do togo. So the server told us to go to the left because they have the take away. We got our food from there and sat across the restaurant. While eating we saw a family going inside dinein bringing the stroller inside. I love outback, we've been eating outback, but we won't go back to this location. Btw the other family that she let them in, has a bigger baby stroller.

The place was ok nothing too special but our table was clean and sever friendly. We had the burger and chicken which were both fine, but the burger was definitely quite burnt! Lower rating is due to the service all though friendly his section was way too big and therefore was hard to get his attention. Had to wait quite a while to get refills and our bill. Also a family of 4 that came in after us got their food before us which was pretty annoying.

This was SO bad all the way around. Had to sit at the bar (because every table was occupied) but because every table was filthy and un-bussed. I could not cut my filet. Mind you, it was plastic utensils 🤣but I couldn’t get through it. Service is terrible😬 I wanted to at least 2 stars but just couldn’t.

EDIT: I was happy to see Outback reply here, but after again taking time to go to the website they listed, I have heard from no one. Great customer service. Yes, that's sarcasm. Never again. Dropped stars some more.
I don't usually feel the need to take the time to complain about a restaurant, but when it's a meal for 2 and we walk out $75 deep with tip, and it just wasn't a good experience, I will. And I say with tip because I didn't stiff the waiter as he was not rude, just inattentive. We were visited twice until we received the check, once to take the order and another to bring the food, while other tables had frequent visits. We weren't asked how the food was and my daughter didn't get a drink refill until I asked him when he came to say he was getting the check. The food was very lackluster for being a representation of Outback. My grilled chicken on the barbie was small and dry. The baked potato was also small. My daughter's steak was medium well and should have been medium rare. Both baked potatoes were drenched in salt as well. Also my Wallaby Darned drink that I ordered was half melted and foamy and looked nothing like the picture.
Yes, it's an airport restaurant, however if you can't adhere to the standards of your franchise, then don't call yourself an Outback Steakhouse. Very disappointed that I spent $75 on that when there was a Burger King around the corner that likely would have had better prepared food and more attentive staff.

Ordered breakfast while waiting for my international flight.I ordered two eggs over easy with bacon and white toast. I also ordered a separate side of bacon. I received two eggs with the yolks almost fully cooked and the whites were runny, only four slices of bacon and my toast was clearly not white. At best, the toast was 50% whole wheat. I asked the waitress if this included my extra side of bacon and she responded Yes and that she had even asked the cook to put an extra piece for me. After counting the slices of bacon I started wondering how that math worked out. I came to learn that the breakfast only comes with two slices of bacon for $15 and my extra side of bacon included 2 slices for $5. Seems a little expensive even for an airport. The bacon was also extremely thin. On top of all this the plastic mug that I received my beverage in was extremely old and discolored and I didn't want to drink from it at all but I was thirsty so I did what I had to do. I would not return to this restaurant and I hope that this feedback helps you to make some positive changes. When I explained my dissatisfaction to the waitress she did offer to get the manager however I was not looking for any kind of discount or compensation I just wanted to provide feedback. I'm not sure what would have happened if I did request the manager.
