Waitress Pamela was openly racist to my mother because she doesnt speak English. She asked my 71 year old mother for an ID when she ordered a glass of white wine. Then when she accidentally dropped her fork she refused to give her a new one. Please contact me and I will give full details.

Terrible experience – unacceptable service
We had an extremely frustrating experience at this Outback location at Orlando International Airport.
First, we were seated at a table for two even though we were a group of three. After asking to be moved, we were taken to another table that was visibly wet and not cleaned properly.
After being seated, no server came to our table. The QR Code ordering system was not working, making it impossible to place any order. We waited, tried again, and still received no assistance from the staff.
Eventually, we had to leave the restaurant without being able to order anything.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, especially for a brand that claims to offer consistent service. I will not return to this location, and unfortunately this experience has affected my perception of the entire Outback chain.
Very disappointing.

Slow service, the worst airport bartender I have ever experienced!! (I travel a lot) Customers leaving because they aren't served, bartender spends more time telling guests it's going to be a long time for service than taking care of them. Refused to serve several customers food at the bar because he was "too busy". I would recommend finding anywhere else to go at MCO!

I don’t expect much from an airport chain restaurant. I do expect a blooming onion at an Outback. They have no appetizers even though they are on the menu. They also claim to have coffee, but again no coffee to be found when ordered. They also can’t “do salads” at this time. It is dirty, understaffed, and a complete waste of time and money when the food advertised on the menu isn’t an available. Go elsewhere!

Easily the worst outback I’ve ever been to. There was no one staffed at the front to seat us, then I had to walk in to ask for a table and one employee was showing a video on YouTube to the other employee who was supposed to be helping us. Then we sat down. No one brought us a highchair for our son and then we sat there for 15 minutes and no one spoke to us so we got up and left.
