Service was great. I had the regular breakfast. Toast was nearly bread - they should spring for a toaster. "Breakfast fries" were just french fries. Bacon was tiny, which is fine, but if they're tiny toss a few more on there. We're paying a lot to eat at the airport so you should improve what you give us. Not asking a lot - toast the toast, add two more tiny bacons...easy stuff (and we can overlook the fries not being homefries)

The service is poor. Employees pass the entire time complaining about things to each other in Spanish loudly, and are not paying attention to the patrons. The cutlery was pretty dirty and greasy, had to ask for new one. Food presentation was very poor, sauce splashed all over the plate, meat was hard. The taste was good though.
I would not eat again on this restaurant if I were to come back to this airport.

My sister and I just had the displeasure of “dining” at the OIA location of Outback Steakhouse. It took our waiter 10 minutes to get our drink order after we sat down, and then about 30-40 minutes after that to get our food. Our flight was supposed to start boarding at 6:40, and we had sat down right before 6:00. We ended up needing to get our food to-go, when we easily should’ve had enough time to dine-in. We had asked for our drinks to go, as well, and had to remind him several times to get them.
I had ordered the chicken cesar wrap, and since we had decided to eat at our gate I then discovered there was no dressing on it. After realizing my order was not correct, I walked back over and brought the issue up with the hostess that had seated us. She was very unhelpful, and asked me to wait in the to-go order line (which I stood in for about ten minutes) just to get the dressing for my order that was wrong.
This is the kind of service I would expect from a cheap fast-casual restaurant. Not from an Outback Steakhouse, especially one with already inflated airport pricing in a central hub. Very disappointed and do not recommend this location to anyone. I actually have never gone out of my way to leave a bad review for a restaurant before, but I am so frustrated by this experience.
