Only reason why I’m giving the 4 stars instead of 5 is because they forgot my cheesecake for my combo meal & i was already too far away to come back when i noticed. I live a hour away 😥, other than that everything tasted so good that i even forgot to take a picture before me & my sister demolished everything 😂, luckily i saved the arepa to eat at home (took a picture of that) and my god does it taste good. Definitely will be back.

Not sure how you can get an order wrong when you are standing in line and asking for pan de queso and pan de bono.. one breakfast and add bacon, in addition to chorizo and morcilla plus arepas. Well got 2 orders of egg, no pan de queso, no pan de bono. Fried arepas hard as rock. Then she gave me a white arepa. Tasted horrible. Went back to ask for the bread and they didn't place that in the order. The worst Colombian breakfast ever. And the "Aji" do not bother even asking for it. Tasted terrible. Will NOT go back. Cafe de Colombia - Semoran is definitely a better place...

We ordered a café con leche, a clearly listed and classic menu item, but despite repeating our order multiple times, the cashier continued ringing it up as a latte. She then walked away mid-transaction without explanation, leaving another employee to step in. When we asked what happened, it was brushed off as her being new, though it felt more like an attitude issue than confusion. At no point did we raise our voices or argue; we simply continued to politely correct the order and asked for it to be updated to café con leche. After clarifying again, we paid and stepped away. The original employee immediately returned to assist other customers. When we received our drink, it was handed to us as “regular coffee,” which was not what we ordered. We initially ordered in English and felt intentionally misunderstood. When we switched to Spanish, the staff appeared surprised and offered no clear explanation, despite café con leche being a Spanish term and staff later speaking English with others. We also waited a total of one hour for tequeños and empanadas that were already displayed. Our order was not packaged properly, items were given to other customers, and the kitchen had to remake them, adding another 30-minute wait for just five items and coffee - which was obviously intentional after the interaction. Overall, the experience was dismissive and unwelcoming. We wanted to enjoy our visit, but the lack of professionalism and communication made it disappointing. We hope this feedback helps improve consistency and customer service.
