We came to this mcdonald's at 10 PM and they told us they are not taking anymore orders when online it says this location is TWENTY FOUR hours. This is unacceptable as we drove here because they were supposed to be open.

Ordené por Uber Eats y así fue como lo hicieron. Después uno llama para reclamar y no responden el teléfono. Dinero perdido. Deberían estar más pendiente a los empleados como trabajan. Especialmente en órdenes que son Delivery’s.

We came in for an early breakfast. The people were friendly. I purchased the bacon and egger and a coffee. Idk what kind of eggs they use but mine was thick like rubber. I took one bite and it tasted off. Looked inside my sandwich and big black stains on the "egg". Couldn't eat it threw it out. Didn't have time to have a new one made and thought maybe all the eggs tasted this way. If you have quick other places to go i don't recommend the breakfast sandwich from here.

I was the only car in the drive-through, and somehow the entire experience still managed to be confusing and frustrating. The attendant gave unclear directions about which window to pull up to, so when I stopped at the payment window and no one was there, I moved up to the first window—only to be met with attitude for doing exactly what I was told. She then had to walk all the way back, and instead of just brushing it off, she made me feel like I had done something wrong.
Despite being the only car in line, I still ended up receiving the wrong order. When I walked inside to have it corrected, it took a while for anyone to even notice me because the front of the restaurant isn’t set up in a way where staff can easily see customers. And when someone finally did come over, they acted annoyed that I had the nerve to ask for the food I actually ordered.
I get that it was early, but the level of unfriendliness was unnecessary. With how many options there are around here—you can’t kick a rock without hitting another place to eat—I’d definitely choose a different McDonald’s or another restaurant altogether next time.

The service is extremely poor. I waited over 35 minutes for some ice cream. The employees are very rude and arrogant. Furthermore, if you ask to speak to a manager, they ignore you. I asked to speak to a manager three times, and it was only on the fourth call that someone came out to talk. It's unacceptable that you're paying and they throw your food away, or even bring it to the table if you order to eat there. I want to emphasize my situation and would like someone to contact me.
