  Being the largest store we were curious to check thus one out. Sadly the upstairs was closed off and we were unable to go up there. We were expecting to see an actual Ronald 30 plus feet, then realized it is the neon Ronald on the side of the building. The dessert counter was a nice touch along with the pizza kitchen. The staff was friendly over all but would not take our order and pointed is to the kiosks. We are still not accustomed to those and takes us longer to order than just being at the counter. The food was exactly what you would expect at any other McDonald's and we were on our way after the breakfast we had.

  Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to . It’s Monday at 11:30am in November and they are out of literally everything . They advertise as the largest McDonald’s in the world there is more on the menu on the Porto McDonald’s AND WAY BETTER QUALITY AND CLEANER . Why are you out of everything on your ALL DAY breakfast menu , literally everything . Why are you out of soda ? Why are you out of all ice cream . Why are you out everything that is not pizza, pasta, or a Philly cheesesteak. This feels like a deliberate push . Shame on you.

  McDonald's is not one of my favorite fast food restaurants by any stretch, but my husband and I love to visit the McDonald's on Sand Lake in Orlando/Kissimmee. It's the only location we know of or have visited that also prepares actual plated meals! Some of those options include Belgium waffles with fresh fruit, freshly made and baked artisan pizzas, and your choice of pastas with your choice of sauces, and your choice of protein! They also have decadent-looking cakes and even hard served ice-cream! Along with the normal McDonald's fare! The place is also huge with an upstairs dining area. It is definitely a place to experience at least once. The self-serve ordering kiosks are for the birds, though. It's impossible to find all of the items that can be ordered there. Thankfully, there is counter-help who will take your order for you. I pictured the pasta Alfredo I ordered served with chicken and a slice of garlic bread which was a nice touch. I liked the presentation of it, especially for a McDonald's!

  Holy cow was this McDonald’s awful. I decided to take a late night visit on a Friday. The Drive thru was packed but I decided to wait it out. Waited 20 minutes and we are 1 car away from the ordering when they shut down the drive thru line next to us. So now they ignore our line to get the other line through which takes another 10 minutes. I give them my code cause I ordered through the app and get up to the drive through where I’m handed $40 less of food that I ordered. No one would come back to the window that I was at so I go inside and it’s a mad house of people and no one can help me. I had to stop a worker for someone to even come ask me before she had to go get a manager so I could get all my food. Just was a whole ordeal that took me an hour. I don’t know very many times where I have spent more than 30 minutes at a fast food chain so

  This McDonald's is odd. It advertises pizza and pasta but doesn't tell you anywhere, what time they serve these extra things. We have been at a few different times but still no idea. I don't know if it's just this restaurant but annoyingly some meal upgrades on breakfast for example are around $2.50 but the same items in other meals are $4.50! Why?? We called in last night after leaving a theme park and it was chaos. Some electronic music festival is going on this weekend, staff couldn't cope, people seemed to be grabbing anything they wanted as there were no staff giving out the food put on counters. Regretted not going elsewhere as it took an hour to order and get our food
