I cannot believe I had never been here before, especially considering how often I come to Orlando. This place is not just a McDonald’s, it is a full blown experience. Brace yourself.
This is a two story super McDonald’s with an arcade, brick oven style pizza, and the legendary play area all under one roof. While you wait for your food, your kids can jump into games and fun activities, and the staff brings your food directly to your table. It feels more like a full service restaurant than fast food.
The fact that it is open 24 hours makes it even better. Everything was smooth, organized, and family friendly. Watching the kids have fun while the food comes out fresh and fast made the whole visit stress free and memorable.
This was hands down an amazing experience and a must stop if you are visiting Orlando with family. We loved it and will absolutely be back.

Epic McD is 19,000 square feet, making it the largest McDonald's in the world by square footage. It has a playplace with a massive climbing structure, that stretches in height over 22 feet and an arcade, which is home to over 100 games. It features unique menu items like Belgian waffles, omelets, and Philly cheesesteak. It even has a build your own pizza or pasta dish. After a meal, you can order cheesecake, chocolate cake, or ice cream from the dessert bar.

The largest McDonalds in America tasted like all of the others, except for the omelets, waffles, cakes and pizza. The building is three stories, two of which are playground with another two for sitting and another has a large arcade. You can see the customized orders being made, easily order yourself or be waited on by the cashiers. Drive-thru was open and quick and staff were friendly. The only issue was that the runner took our number away before the order finished arriving so we had to catch them while lost. But they apologized, food was still hot and delicious.

2 out 5 stars- easy grading on this Micky D’S.
Food- star, same consistency as expected.
Location- close to our hotel.
Customer service- zero. Zero stars and apparently the workers there could give zero FX about helping us!
Parking- don’t drive there to park and enter. Worse parking lot I have ever seen. I’m from Houston and I have never seen a traffic jam created within a parking lot. There is a first for everything!
Caveat to this. This might be an Orlando thing because the people that created new the Chick-fil-a down the street has the same issue. It has some FL rigged drive thru which is impossible to enter!
Condiments- ketchup, napkins, anything extra, forget about it! They don’t think you need it. Never trust someone that eats without napkins!!! Lol.
Overall, stay away from this franchise unless your grandmother has a dying wish. 🙂

We went the day before Christmas. We are from Illinois. It was a chaotic disaster but what was most enjoyable while people watching, was seeing Diane/Diana being such an extraordinary employee. Not only was she hustling to bring people their food, she was also quickly wiping down trays. She had on a cute Santa hat and would run back behind the counter before running out all smiles with a stack of pizzas to deliver.... Grabbing empty trays and people's garbage as she ran back to the kitchen again.
When she brought out my husband pizza, she does, "this one is for you!" With the biggest smile on her face and then sang the McDonald's jingle!!
It seriously made our trip! I wish everyone was as happy and joyful as she was! I truly hope get employer is as appreciative of her, as we are. KNOW. HER. WORTH!!!!
The food was okay. Fries were cold and stale
.... But worth every penny to see Diana/e in action!
