There was a beautiful girl at the counter with fair skin and colored eyes who helped me out today, McDonald’s is not a place you feel like you’re going to get exceptional service but she made me feel like i was a 5 star restaurant. I just feel bad that she has to deal with her rude attitude having manager, she was a heavy set African American lady with long dreads that was just being so rude to her staff, she even cut off her conversation with me and the cashier to scold her about some trivial. Other than the rude manager this location was delight

Arriving at 4:30 AM, I was in the drive-thru only to be told at the speaker that your “systems are down.”If you cannot process orders, please have the courtesy to physically close the entrance or turn off the lights. Inviting customers into the queue when you are unable to serve them shows a distinct lack of respect for their time and poor situational awareness

The app allowed me to place a counter pickup order after 11 PM but their dining room was closed. Update your hours in the app to prevent this! I then went through the drive through and was skipped. When someone finally spoke to me I explained the situation and all she said was “Pull to the second window. Click”
