I come in at 6:00am early to get my coffee and your employee is telling me there that there not open? What!!!!! Are you keedmg me. This is a waist of my time. I had to use the kiosk just to get a cup of coffee? This is unacceptable, your employees problems or poor performance personal attitude is not my problem. I have been nothing but respectful to staff at this location. Im going to come back at 6:00am and I want a cup of coffee like everyone else. Its a said day as a veteran that I have tk be discriminated against becusse of someone else ignorance. This is a disgrace and poor customer service. It is unlawful to discriminat against me. For any reason. The coffee was good. But the service was poor.

At a time when McDonalds is going to self service and moving the drink station to the back and it averages over 5 minutes just to be acknowledged, it's nice to see a team trained for customer service. I wish I had their names to acknowledge them specifically. Joshua was one and the other had his hair in a headwrap.
