Manager was exceptionally rude! If you don’t like your job, do a different job, but don’t take it out on the customers. I get it… it’s McDonalds, your expectations are lower but this lady this morning was terrible. She would not work in any of my businesses. 9:07 AM on the 2/16/26

My recent trip to McDonald’s was a total disaster, no cap. Easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in ages. The service was absolutely horrendous, with staff looking completely lost and just not caring about customers at all.
I decided to order inside, thinking it’d be quick, but nah. I got hit with an insanely long wait. I was legit waiting for my food for over an hour, which is just wild for any restaurant, especially one that’s supposed to be ‘fast.’ The whole time, the crew didn’t even bother to check in or try to fix things. They just straight-up ignored us, like we weren’t even there.
The lack of attention and the crazy long wait turned what should’ve been a quick, easy meal into a super frustrating and draining ordeal. It’s a huge bummer to see such terrible service from such a well-known chain. Def a terrible experience, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Hard pass.

Terrible service. 2/1/2026 7:20PM. Whole restaurant standing around waiting for orders. Employees don't have a care in the world.
