  Possibly the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The McMuffins looked as if they were made blindfolded, with everything askew (rebuilt, they tasted OK). Service was abominable. After waiting approximately 30 minutes for food, we asked when we might expect our food, only to be addressed in a rather surly manner by the lady at the window. We did get served and the lady that, finally, brought our food was very gracious and apologetic. The atmosphere was akin to a small, yet unviolent, mob, as all the customers were irritated with the slow service and the, sometimes surly attitudes of the employee at the counter (depending on which employee was there). I will probably go to another location in the future.

  Very poor customer service From a manager !!!! People don’t go there they don’t know how to treat customers!!!!!

  My chicken nuggets were old, stale, and cold. My Daily Double had an entire half of a tomato in it unsliced. I ordered 2 McChickens and only received 1, they did not give me my second one. They Sweet Tea I had ordered had Ice in it and had to request they remove it despite on the mobile order ticket for them to put no ice. I don't know how it's that hard to mess up such an easy order and sandwich making process, I worked in fast food before and even I'm better than this, if they couldn't make it fast then fine just make it good at least, this is by far my worst experience ever at a McDonald's and that's saying something...

  Best McDonald's I have ever been to and I love McDonald's. My family is there several times a week. We have visited locations all over the USA. The employees were attentive and kind and the best part of our visit. The food was hot and fresh. The service was QUICK. The restaurant was clean. We ate there twice this week, while on vacation in Orlando.

  Minha experiência foi bem decepcionante. O restaurante estava muito bagunçado, com ambiente desorganizado e aparência de falta de cuidado com a limpeza e organização das mesas. Entendo que a unidade recebe muitos turistas, mas isso não pode justificar o nível de desordem. O lanche veio frio e sem sabor, claramente abaixo do padrão que se espera do McDonald’s. Parecia ter sido montado às pressas, sem o mínimo de atenção à qualidade. A impressão é de comida feita só para “dar vazão” ao movimento. O atendimento também deixou a desejar, bem abaixo do esperado para uma rede mundialmente conhecida. Pouca atenção, pouca cordialidade e sensação de desorganização geral. A gente paga não só pelo lanche, mas também pela marca, pelo padrão e pela experiência que o McDonald’s representa. Nessa unidade, infelizmente, o serviço foi péssimo e a comida não correspondeu ao que a rede promete. Parece que, por ser um ponto turístico, o foco virou apenas o volume de clientes, e o cuidado com o atendimento e a qualidade acabou ficando de lado. Experiência frustrante. Não voltaria nessa unidade.
