  I had a very bad experience with the manager on duty today at 4:20 pm. When I told him I hadn’t received my order, he didn’t say a single word to me. He just stared at me for a while and then rolled his eyes, which was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and communication. I don’t understand how someone with that kind of attitude is in a manager position. This really needs to be addressed because no customer should be treated like that.

  I placed two separate orders, and when I went to pick them up, the girl at the counter (light-skinned, glasses, ponytail) only handed me one. I politely told her, “I have two orders, you only gave me one, I’m confused,” and instead of helping, she looked at me with an attitude and said, “Well if you don’t have it, that means it’s not ready.” There was no effort to check, no apology, nothing. Just rudeness and attitude for no reason when I was being respectful. If you’re going to work in customer service, you should at least know how to talk to customers properly. McDonald’s really needs to hire people who understand customer service, because this type of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional.

  I know we can’t expect much from mc Donalds but this location is obnoxious! They don’t have enough people to work whenever events are happening and service and food are just mediocre I wish I could have taken pics of how dirty that RESTAURANT was If you cant even keep your premises clean imagine how their kitchen is! Disgusting

  Went through the drive through and was getting no response and the menu and screens were all turned off. I assumed either they were closing their drive through or something was wrong so I ended up pulling forward. I was greeted by a man who insisted I go around through the line to order even tho there was an incredibly long long at this point. I explained the situation and that I tried that and waited and no one was responding and it seemed like it was turned off. I just wanted a small mcflurry so I asked if it was possible to do just add the order there. He told me no and that I would need to get back in line. I asked to speak with his supervisor at which he refused and told me "too bad" "if I want to speak to them get back in line." Eventually I pulled forward to the next window and explained what was going on to the next employees. One of them was nicer but still seemed aggravated by my very existence and the other proceeded to yell at everyone in my car. I told them we had instead placed a mobile order since to try to make things simpler. They told us they didn't have it and to go to the back of the line. At that point I just gave up and told them I'm just gonna leave because clearly they have their hands full and don't know what they're doing. Also not sure I even felt safe eating food from their at that point seeing how nasty the interior looked and how the employees treated people. I have never felt so unsafe going through a McDonald's. I'm still shook all that even happened. It felt like a fever dream with how they were all yelling at me. I get they have to follow their flow through the drive-through, I've worked in the food industry for a long time... But yikes. There are so many better ways to handle things.

  It was a long rainy day. Me and my family just wanted to have a nice dinner together. This is was the worst McDonald I’ve ever been to in my whole 67 years of life. I just wanted to use the bathroom but I got completely flabbergasted as I opened the restroom door. This is probably the most disgusting public bathroom I’ve ever seen. There was a strange ball of wet toilet paper in the baby changing station. There was also toilet all over the bathrooms floor. It was repulsive. I should’ve left right after I saw that. If the ladies restroom looked like that just imagine the man’s bathroom. When we ordered there was only 2 machines working and there was no table trackers. We were waiting so long for our food even though the establishment was almost empty. When we got our food we were missing a bunch of stuff. You could tell that that kitchen was so disorganized. I find it completely unacceptable that they hire such incapable people to do such a simple job right. While writing this review I’m starting to feel kinda strange. That food was probably not even cooked right. And don’t even get me started on the higiene of that place.
