Ordered at 2:30 on the app for pick up, when I arrive I'm told that they are only doing Uber or doordash orders, when I try to ask why they said "I don't care you'll get a refund"

Takes forever and the food is always cold. Never had hot or even warm fries from this location as well. This location made me forever not do Micky Ds again. Goodbye.

Went inside at about 10PM. We just needed something to drink. Ordered a large diet coke through the kiosk and saw an offer for a free small shake. Took it. What the hay, I haven't had a McDonald's shake since I was 15.
Waited 15 minutes with a dozen other people while nothing came out. Heard an exchange between the manager and two employees about their unplanned absence where they basically abandoned their posts.
Deep apologies we're appreciated for the time it took to get me a diet coke. The lady doing shakes clearly wasn't even told there was a need to do mine since the kid who was supposed to tell her was guilty of dereliction of duty.
The coke was fizzy and the shake was just as I remembered with more whipped cream. Not all bad :)
See you on the road, if you ever get back on it after ordering at this McDonald's.

📲🥤🍔🍟 Free-standing Golden Arches right across from the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Heads-up: the soda fountain isn’t in the dining room, so be prepared to ask for refills if the staff is willing. Definitely order ahead on the app — otherwise you’ll likely be politely directed to use the kiosks.

Tuve una mala experiencia con el cajero que me atendio se llama JOAN COSTERO, muy mala atencion, falta de respeto , se burla de la pronunciacion en ingles, pienso que personas asi, no deben trabajar con atencion al publico..Espero que el manager tome cartas en el asunto y entrenen bien al personal que estaran en esos cargos
