  It costs nothing to be kind. This place seems to lack mutual respect. The night manager really needs some more training in proper and effective customer service. She's so rude and unprofessional.

  You are an Uber driver, I don't recommend picking up orders from this location. There was not a single person in the Drive-Thru in the 15 minutes that I stood inside waiting. They were all standing around doing absolutely nothing. I get that it's 3:30 in the morning. But you're supposed to be working. Nobody's doing anything. There's four people in there. Maybe three. And nobody cares. How do these people even have jobs? I left after exactly 15 minutes because even though there was nobody in the Drive-Thru it still took 15 minutes to get me absolutely nothing. I'm standing there waiting for food that I can be delivering to make money. While they're standing there making hourly money not doing a damn thing. Unbelievable.

  This McDonalds is SUPPOSEDLY 24 hours but when I went through the druve thru last night at around 3 am coming home from a family gathering I was told with a very nasty attitude by the guy on the speaker that they had stopped taking orders. You CANNOT advertise as 24 hours if you are just going to be lazy and stop taking orders whenever you feel like it. I am a usual customer of this store but I can guarantee I will never go there again.

  I’ve been in food service before so I try to give fast food workers a break if my order is messed up but they did it up tonight. I go to the counter to order since I only have cash, The girl in the front counter sees me doesn’t say anything, turns her back and ignores everyone waiting for more than 5 minutes, not even a hello. No customer service skills at all. I receive my food and my fries are Cold and salt-less, i let it go because things happen. Then I go to eat my burger, I see there wasn’t any onions( I asked for only ketchup and onions) I hesitate because i can already feel the vibes at this location but I thought I deserved to at least have onions on my burger when I asked for it. So I go to the counter and ask the lady working front counter if they can just add some onions. She comes back with my sandwich and when I open it up it’s a giant pile of onions. I showed them the burger and they start smiling and all they can say was “you said extra onion” which I did not I just wanted my correct sandwich. They didn’t offer to help fix my problem so I just asked for a refund. On top of that I got a sandwich with my reward points but they also threw away. They definitely need new managers and employees in the night. If you can’t handle McDonald’s then what can you do in life? 😭 let’s get it together guys muah
