- KTKyra TherosDec 11, 20251.0I had just spent 10 hours at universal. My friend and I were tired and hungry. Rather than spending $50 @ citywalk we went to McDonald's. We sat in the drive thru ordered our food got to the pay window where no one was there to take our money. Wasn't till we pulled forward that we saw the employee standing there texting. We get to the next window and we're asked what we ordered and before we can respond she rudely tells us we had to pay at the first window. We tell her POLITELY MIND YOU no one was there to take our payment. I try to tell her what we ordered again and she tells us in the rudest manner possible to go back around through the drive thru AGAIN! My friend and I asked if she was joking and I said we ordered ad told her their orders would be offend she ignored us! We left and got burger king instead. 10/10 DO NOT recommend! Especially if you're tired and hungry after a full sunday at the theme
