The girl at the drive thru window has an attitude because I refuse to leave the drive thru line and park too wait for food so they dont have bad numbers on drive thru wait times.

I went through the drive through and ordered just the grinch fries as they were advertised on the screen as being able to be sold separately for $4.49. They let me order it and pull up to the window and everything and handed me regular fries without the grinch packet. I told the girl I ordered the grinch fries and she told me they could not be sold separate. I said “but it’s advertised on the screen??” And she said well I can’t do it. I just drove off. I don’t understand why they would advertise it as an option if it’s supposedly not allowed to be sold separate. It even shows it on the app as an option to be sold separate as you can see in the picture below.

Ordered through the drivethrough, went to window and they didnt have our order? Had us wait. Brought our food and had no drinks, had to wait for that. Missing food items and was given a simple "im sorry" instead of fixing and correcting.

We came here several times for breakfast as it was close to our hotel, being from Australia we were happy to try out different menu options we don’t get. Food was always hot and fresh and the staff were always friendly too.
