  Line was average length but took forever in the drive through. They didn't have the drinks we ordered.

  I go here more than I would like to admit. I started going here because it's the closest thing to my job and come to find out it's always super fast to order through the app and pick up my food. It's always hot, fresh and the staff has ALWAYS been so friendly and kind. I was skeptical with the previous reviews. But I've had nothing but a great experience all the times I've been here over the last few months. And definitely won't shop coming to this location!!!

  When I placed my order, the hot mocha coffee was shown as available, but when I went to pick it up, they told me that only iced coffee was available. If a product is not available, they should immediately indicate this on the app to avoid problems for the customer

  Very lazy staff went in this morning for 5 burritos was told by the last at the windows they short staffed and can't make 5 burritos her ir the other staff and that she has a line to get down like how rude might as well should have stayed home of you can't do your job what you're required to do and get paid to do. Like such an inconvenience shouldn't have ti go to another mcdonals to get food as if I don't have a job I need ti go too would habe given no stars but I had to give one in order to leave this review and I know corporate don't care and will not even respond to this review but I will never go to this location again sad you habe to go in high class areas to get great customer service.

  5-Star Service/Food in O-Town! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is hands-down the best McDonald’s in town! The food is always fresh and ready, but the amazing team is what truly sets this location apart: • Sabrina: Always has a smile on her face! She’s incredibly thoughtful, down-to-earth, and always helps me save with the app. • Jeremiah: Consistently polite and kind—a total professional. • Charlene: The definition of efficient! She always has our order checked, correct, and ready to go. The rest of the crew I have had wonderful service from is Charell, Tiara, Tammy, Alex and Tara! Thank you all for being thoughtful and HAPPY! Your smiles make me smile every day! It’s clear this team actually cares about the people they serve. Thank you for making every visit a great one!
