  We visited this McDonald’s with a group of 8 people and placed our order through the app, expecting accuracy and convenience unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. Our order arrived missing the fries from the Kids Meal. When we went to request them, the staff responded in a suspicious and dismissive way, as if we were not being honest. Later, when we opened the pies, we noticed that the box contained only one pie, even though the order was clearly for double pies. Once again, we had to go back to the counter and were met with the same distrustful attitude, until they finally gave us the missing items. At the end, we realized that my mother never received her lemonade. At that point, the situation had become so awkward and embarrassing that we chose not to ask for it, simply to avoid being treated as if we were trying to take advantage or “steal” something. This was not just about missing items it was about poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and an uncomfortable atmosphere that made us feel disrespected. Very disappointing experience.

  Went to replace a 6 pc nugget and medium fry. A male manger on duty basically told me he couldn’t replace my food because he didn’t know if i was lying or not. After I told the young lady in the window why I was there. His tone and dismissive attitude towards me was not the service I expected.
