Very bad service. Ordered a lemonade and received a FULLY ice filled cup. When I asked for a refill it got rejected as there are no refills for lemonades. After reinforcing that I almost only got ice and no lemonade they insisted instead of just filling up my cup. That’s not what I would expect from a customer service oriented company like McDonald. Last time I came here.

I usually don’t do reviews but this location has been horrible everytime where I feel I NEED to share. Everytime I go the wait time is out of this world then when I finally speak to someone they get my order wrong everytime And over or under charge me. Then I wait another 10 minutes to get my 2-4 items then they’re wrong and then I get attitude because the location does not do their job right. I highly recommend avoiding this location. As you can see all the 1 star and negative reviews this place needs new owner/management asap.

The worst experience ever!! If I could give a 0, Today 12/05/2025, waiting on the line of drive thru for 59 minutes after charging you they let you waiting for another 15 minutes, the excuse of manager is crying that has only 2 people on the kitchen but instead of let people know the waiting time before order they just ignore customers. Manager hide and never show up.
