I hadn't been inside in a long while (usually go thru drive-thru) and was a little flummoxed by the automated ordering system. It's not intuitive at all, the sun was glaring on the screen, and I ended up ordering an extra coffee by accident. Not the end of the world, and my driver was happy to take it.

We called the store and the really young soundiny girl stated there wasn't a manager on duty we could talk to and best bet wad to call back on Friday after the lunch rush. We had a problem on Thursday and have to wait until Friday for a fix??
