The worst possible management. The order was incomplete, they don’t notify you, and they don't know how to process a refund for the difference paid.

Sloppy food, rude and inattentive workers. Also paid for 4 cookies and got 3 plus one broken in half. That's considered stealing my money.

I had a code for a free Quarter Pounder the lady took the code and acknowledged that order was placed, I then placed a second order with a different code for a discount on a frappe she then acknowledged that order was also placed. I went to the next window and she charged me full price for the qtr pounder and when I said we she said the code didn't work, so pretty much instead of telling me that so we can try it again she just charged me without permission, I then ask for a refund, since I still have the code so I can use it and they told me no, and I ended up having to pay for both the item.
I hated the service here and the way I was treated, as if I am not also a valuable customer who was going to pay money anyway. But now I am not coming back I do NOT recommend you eat here.

Esse lugar é terrível, ontem fui atendido por uma funcionária com muita má vontade , deu troço errado e depois entregou o pedido errado , e quando sinalizei simplesmente entregou de qualquer sem se desculpar, eu não volto mais neste lugar , pessimo atendimento.

Service was atrocious. The 2 girls at the drive thru, no smiles not even any words, just a stare and handed me my food. If you don't want to work there get a new job. Also what's the point of using the mcdonalds app when they want to charge me at the window for sauces that the app didnt charge me. Fries were fresh, thats the only positive in this experience.
