I use the drive thru so sometimes I am asked to wait in a spot until my order is filled but usually not for long. That is understandable as it is peak hours. Sometimes the fries on the bottom are a little soggy but overall a good experience. The staff is always friendly and the food is hot and fresh. Overall a good experience. So, just a little wait and some soggy fries hence the 4 star rating. I always use drive thru. Thanks
