I'm a customer in this establishment. No excuses , you refuse me service again. I will call corporate breakfast, lunch , and dinner until your employees correct there unprofessional behavior. Why is your morning employee asking me do I want to order while im at standing at the register? Then I have to use the kiosk because she stated she doesn't have to serve me. My bus come at 6:20am. I can't even enjoy my coffee because they dont allow drinks on the bus. Becuase of your lack of professionalism, and taking up all my time. I cannot even enjoy the product that I purchased.

Mc Donald's has gone down the drain. The only consistency? That every visit is always a disappointment and the food quality has hit rock bottom.
