    I ordered a medium quarter pounder meal with bacon. The fries are COLD AND DRY. My burger was missing bacon. I am completely unsatisfied and I will be coming in tomorrow afternoon for a REFUND. This is completely unacceptable and all I wanted was some food on the way home from a long shift. I should’ve just driven the few extra miles to the one on N Afalaya because that store always has hot fresh food.

    Please explain the thought process to me of hiring a staff member that only speaks Spanish. How can a staff member help a customer if they don't even understand each other? Incredibly frustrating. Also, both sauces included in the meal were not present in the bag.

    Ordered ahead through the app. Got to the speaker and gave them my code for them to give me someone else’s order at first. Then when handed the food at the second window, food for 4 people was stuffed in a single bag which ripped as soon as the workers tried to hand it through the window. All the food fell into my lap causing me to take my foot off the brake and almost crashing. They proceeded to hand me two replacement bags knowing that one would not be enough but could not use this knowledge in the first place. Got all the way home before realizing they didn’t give us some of our food. Once I drove all the way back, I tried to go inside because both drive through lines were full, the doors were barricaded shut with trash cans from the inside. Other than that I had no issues getting the missing food, but I will not be returning to this location again.

    Get rid of the wall all your employees do is hide behind them. Literally 3 people looked right at me up front and then walked behind the wall. Then the 4th person finally asked then instead of handing me the bags that were ready talked to employees that came in for food then finally when to the bags... then proceeded to talk to people in the back instead of handing me the bags that were done the whole time. What is the point of building a wall then a pick up rack if they do not use it and then ignore people that are standing in their view.
