    Start off it was around 1pm, it was almost empty. No crowd at all, the young lady taking our order seemed confused and definitely not very articulate. She seemed to struggle with basic English... if thats the person dealing with the public, They should probably know the menu and be able to communicate. Then after we placed our order and paid, we were informed one of our items had to be remade and would take a 6min wait. Fast forward 10min, and were looking at the counter person and nothing, not even acknowledging us... so much for " fast food "... Finally it comes out and no sorry, thanks for waiting, nothing... just a total ignoring us. Just seemed like they were bothered by us coming in. Again, the place was almost completely empty and they could not be bothered with customers. Terrible service Wouldn't recommend this location for anyone to come to.

    Employees were mumbling over the drive through speaker and didn’t seem to know what order went with what vehicle. Once I got my order, it was not made with the correct specifications I added over the app (no pickles or onions)

    Sign said McRib was back. I took my disabled son in, who loves McRibs, and they were out. This was the second week they were out without updating the sign.
