  Order is always wrong & always takes so long that food is cold and stale! I've never ordered from this location and there not be an issue. I've been living near this location for 6 months now. Never once have they been "fast" or correct & definitely never both at once. Today I encountered an entirely new issue that's very concerning. The only open spout as well as the ice dispensing part of the dining room drink station was significantly leaking water droplets. Like a consistent condensation drop. There was no way to make a drink without droplets with an unimaginable amount of bacteria getting into your drink. This is a huge health concern and should be immediately remedied!

  Start off it was around 1pm, it was almost empty. No crowd at all, the young lady taking our order seemed confused and definitely not very articulate. She seemed to struggle with basic English... if thats the person dealing with the public, They should probably know the menu and be able to communicate. Then after we placed our order and paid, we were informed one of our items had to be remade and would take a 6min wait. Fast forward 10min, and were looking at the counter person and nothing, not even acknowledging us... so much for " fast food "... Finally it comes out and no sorry, thanks for waiting, nothing... just a total ignoring us. Just seemed like they were bothered by us coming in. Again, the place was almost completely empty and they could not be bothered with customers. Terrible service Wouldn't recommend this location for anyone to come to.
