  Very busy and some of the workers need better customer service training. Our meal was not complete correctly.

  i went through the drive through. i ordered 8 cheeseburgers no pickles. i come back through and the guy at the first window was so sweet and i tried my best to be very sweet and polite. use my please and thank yous. they said i didn’t have to give the burgers back and to just keep them. i come to the second window and the girl was pretty stand offish. she didn’t even ask for them back she just held her hand out and expected me to know what she meant after i was told to keep them. didn’t apologize or anything. then she told me to pull up to the second window. the kid just kinda handed them to me and didn’t even say sorry or smile or anything. closed the window and that was it. first window amazing customer service. i told them i understand because its a saturday and busy. accidents happen. but the standoffishness i was met with at the second window was pretty upsetting after i was told not to worry about giving the burgers back (i had offered three times) all in all its pretty rude to act like im being outrageous when i tried my best to let them know i wasnt upset.

  I can't remember the last time I used the drive through and I didn't have to park in a numbered space to wait for my order. Even now as I write this review I'm waiting for a single cheeseburger. That's it. No fries, no drink, no special McCafe order. A burger. Update - tried to use mobile ordering in advance so I wouldn't be forced into a curbside pickup spot. Ordered 20 MINUTES IN ADVANCE, order still not ready when I got to the drive through window. Absolute disgrace.

  Can you please put together a system to properly clean & stock bathrooms. Absolutely disgusting. Main faucet not working. Soap empty. Manager should be ASHAMED!!!! And fired if it looks like that again.

  Today is oct. 20, 2025 Monday, at 6:10pm at this location; address is; 14902 narcoossee rd Orlando Florida 32832…. I drove through the drive through, and ordered a number 9, size large, once I paid for my food, I was asked to park at waiting area/parking spot, number 5. When I got my meal, my 2 cheese burgers only had ketchup, I never asked for only ketchup, when I went to eat a French fry, they where filled with grease, and where cold. I went back into the store, to ask for my order to be fixed, this young lady took my order, and went to the fry station where fries get prepped for orders, and she pulled my fries out the bag, and dumped them into the fry station, with other fries, and then she handed my 2 cheese burger to a young guy where a blue shirt, he then took my 2 cheese burgers and gave them to a customer in the drive through, as I watched this in dis belief, they just handed my order out, that I touched to another customer, and the young girl, put my fries, I touched with all the other fires, and went to serve them to another customer, I spoke up, and said are you serious, you can’t put food someone touched back, into a fry station or hand burgers, out that someone touched, I asked for a manager to get my money back, and the same young man who handed someone my 2 burgers out to another customer he was wearing a blue shirt, came to me, and said he can remake my order, he apologizes, I said no thank you, and asked for my money back, he went and got a lady from the back she came out and was wearing a blue shirt as well, and said she can remake my order, and I said not after what I just witnessed, please give me my money back, I asked. once I told her what I just say, she said oh where sorry, but the young lady and young guy, that handed the food out to another customer, the female young lady who was wearing a blue shirt said they are new, and don’t know any better… I said to her why is he wearing blue and so are you and everyone else is not wearing blue you both are in management, I said this is unacceptable I work in a fast food industry and I would never allow or do this to anyone on earth, this is unsafe and unsanitary, and a poor excuse for your lake of training, how many times has this happened at this restaurant, I will never go eat at this McDonald’s ever again, this place should be shut down and closed for good….im attaching my refund receipt to show everyone that you need to be careful who you let make your food…..! Be aware
