No vale la pena venir aca.
- LCLuz ColonDec 8, 20251.0I waited at the front counter for about 8 minutes trying to get anybody attention to place my order and everyone seeing me and hearing me and also others behind me , all the employees ignored us like we weren't even there, there was only one employee trying to get orders ready for others that was waiting for their food and she was also delivering orders to people at there tables and also preparing orders and when ever she can she also try to take care of us trying to place our order at the front counter, because some of your order machines are not working, now this is ridiculous ! You need to hire more people, because at the end of the day with out customers you don't have a business

But when they handed me the order through the window, the drink was warm (a Coke). I told the girl, and she replied that some people actually like drinking warm Coca-Cola! I really wanted to throw everything inside through the window, but I restrained myself! And I think this is McDonald's fault for not making sure the staff is properly trained to provide better service! They're telling people they can only order large meals when they don't even have ice for the fountain drinks ! And not even let customers knows ! Worst customer service ever !
