They didnt make the wait right and appalled my grandparents with their terrible customer service by having tried to MAKE them pay for a free burger that should have been made an hour ago when we got the burger it had almost NOTHING on it and they gave my grandmother a sorry excuse of a shake PURE LIQIUD. For all the times I've ordered here they've always skimped or forgotten something. ill never be ordering from this terrible store again. Update: They won't pick up any calls for a full hour either.
