We ordered at the kiosk and when our server brought us our food, they were very polite and offered to bring us ketchup which I really appreciated. Thanks! Never had a nicer service at McDonald's and it makes me want to come back.

The prices are kinda high for McDonald's. Average price for an Adult $15.00. It's an improvement as far as the new managers and rotation of some of the sketchy employees for sure. They can be extremely busy during peak dinning hours. Order at the kiosk (or Better yet make a moblie order and skip the line). grab a "Numbered plastic table billboard", and shortly afterwards your food arrives to your table. Some people don't like it but the new system of ordering is more efficient, Especially being able to feed CASH to the Kiosk. Wonderful technology. I'd personally never order without taking the advantage the savings and Free food that's exclusively available through the McDonald's application. Any order other than dine-in, CHECK YOU ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Mistake are a common acurrance.
- ETEmily TangNov 3, 20251.0usually every mcdonald’s is the same BUT NO! this one is the WORST one in the entire US! i don’t normally care enough to write a review for mcdonald’s, but this store specifically has ALWAYS tasted really bad at any time you go. i live near here so i’ve have breakfast lunch and dinner and the food is cold and always missing something. the people who work there make you pull up to wait for food even if there is NO line… maybe they want faster drive thru times? i don’t mind waiting.. i just have to pray and take the chance that my chicken nuggets will be handed to me at least room temp. don’t expect the fries to ever be freshly fried, they’ve been sitting on that heat lamp for an hour, they always taste soggy. the photos i posted were from today, just one out of the 5 times i was in a pinch and went to this mcdonald’s by my house. it’s a snack wrap, but i guess they were out of shredded cheese and decided to tear some pieces of a cheese slice on it? who knows? whoever is the manager or managers you guys are CONSISTENTLY terrible and that takes a lot of work to just always be bad. i hope the people who work here, you guys get the same food quality at whatever fast food restaurant you don’t work at, so you can have a taste of your own medicine :) only writing this review because i’m moving and didn’t want them to see my name when i order and spit it my food but i don’t think it would taste any different than it does now.
