When we spoke with the manager, Gustavo, he acknowledged that this was the second time this location messed up our order and even remembered the previous incident. Despite admitting the mistake, he refused to remake the missing items or allow us to pick them up, even though we already paid DoorDash fees and a tip that were not refunded. Instead, he offered a small fry or one of the cheapest sandwiches on the menu. That response shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. This McDonald’s consistently gets orders wrong, and management does not take responsibility when it happens. As to previous order it was a burned chicken sandwich. We returned it and requested it to be remade. This is a constant theme here unfortunately. The time of order was 2:36 pm The date 1/11/2026 Just for reference as to what crew and shift was working I’m posing time and date above. I want to make sure the correct crew and shift are addressed. If at all!
