  Ordered a big Mac that had the thinnest patties I had ever seen. We took a number to have someone bring the food to the table, but the called my name to get it. Was dine in and came in a bag. Lot's of young teens hanging out inside not eating so tables were very scarce. Had to ask one of them if the mind moving so we can sit.

  I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in months, but I stopped here today because I hadn’t eaten much that day and needed something quick on the way to an event. Unfortunately, my order was mostly incorrect, and I didn’t have time to go back right away. The bigger issue was that after eating most of the food, I took my first bite of the chicken snack wrap and the chicken was raw/rubbery. That was really upsetting and obviously a serious food safety concern. After my event I came back and spoke with the store manager. Yolanda explained that she wasn’t on shift at the time my order was made but was professional, respectful, and handled the situation well. She explained the policy about refunds but still helped me out and refunded the meal, which I appreciated. I’m grateful for her professionalism — I just hope the kitchen side improves because raw chicken should never happen.

  Always add something they charge me for then, I get home and it's not in my order...so, you charge over a dollar for a slice of cheese and then jip me...everything time! Then never answer phone to remediate

  I recently had a significant issue at this location involving a mobile order error and billing discrepancy. However, I am pleased to say that the management team took my concerns seriously. After reaching out, they contacted me promptly, addressed the initial experience, and resolved the errors. It is refreshing to see a management team that values customer feedback and works quickly to make things right. Thank you for the professional follow-up!

  I stopped at this McDonald’s out of necessity, which includes me starving.🐷 The service was quick. There was practically nobody in line at the so-called drive-through.🛻 The workers being paid what they are paid had the attitude of anybody that was being paid what they are being paid so I can’t blame the workers they did what they do. Being that I was starving, I consumed my food as they call it , fries, chicken nuggets, and some other type of meat material that was mechanically separated from a chicken🐔. I can’t wait for AI to develop and create a menu that is strictly targeted for my consumption needs. I’m just late. McDonald’s would not be a place that AI would recommend me to go by the way. I did get a so-called sweet tea. I shouldn’t have done it. It was horrible.. The total cost was a value meal of almost 6 dollars which I could barely afford due to this very difficult economy right now. I consume the food that I could consume basically the so-called potatoes couple of chicken nuggets and I ended up with the most horrible intense bitter acid reflux later that night I kept praying for it to go away, and I even had like a half a bottle of Pepto-Bismol but I knew it had to be the McDonald’s food that I consumed. I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in maybe eight months maybe 9 1/2 months I don’t know what they’re putting in their food. Maybe my taste buds have changed. Sad 😔…
