The time i should be saving because the location is close I lose because they are always so slow. Please hire more staff.

We have always had to park and wait at least 15mins. And it happens every time we go now. That’s not fast food, that’s not acceptable for drive thru times. We don’t ever have a complicated order and yet we always have to wait. Do yourself a favor and drive to another one. I guarantee it’ll take less time than waiting for these plodding people.

She was being rude to an employee and then was rude to me when I was just trying to place an order. The cleaning guy was the one who helped me! If you are in MetroWest, you need to understand that you have customers from many different cultures — just be polite.
