- MBMary BellJan 20, 20261.0On 1/20/26 at approximately 6:15 pm at McDonald's on Lee Rd my daughter in law ordered 2 $5 McChicken combos it took all of 30 minutes for us to receive the order and the order was completely wrong when my daughter in law brought it to the attention of the cashier she said it wasn't her fault and refused to correct the order or call the manager therefore we were stuck with 3 McChicken sandwiches which were suppose to be ketchup and pickles only that wasn't even correct the management here is ridiculous if they focused on their employees and not worry about standing in the bathroom listening to people using the stall they might have a better shift because after 4 pm the service is horrible and the employees attitudes are beyond acceptable
- SCsaniya cJan 18, 20261.0Sorry to say that tonight or should i say terrible morning .. approximately around 2:44 am i asked for my meal to be well done… FRESH waited 40 minutes overall even counting the speaker when there was barley a line get to the second window to receive my food i was bout a good 20 minutes there recieve my drinks the sprite gave soda water so i asked to switch my drinks out girl at the window caught an attitude like would u drink soda water yourself ???!? Lost anyways let that slide get my food asked for fresh food keep in mind get the food bite into my fries rock hard but hot i know the difference between fries dropped fresh and fries just being re dipped in oil seemingly to be fresh 0-10 and ruined my whole appetite.
