Very good experience. This place was recommended by my daughter while we were out of town and the food was very delicious and my wife and I tried goat for the first time. My jerk fried rice was amazing. The spice was not too overpowering so much as to not taste the food. I wish this place was closer.

biggest mistake I made was walking through the door today. When I entered, a woman with glasses greeted me with an unwelcoming demeanor. I should have turned around right then and there. During our conversation, she was not only unhelpful but also extremely sarcastic. When I asked if the mail had come with plantains, her response was dripping with sarcasm, and I definitely should have walked out. However, I decided to give the place a chance due to the positive reviews. After trying the food, I regretted that choice—I would have been better off eating rocks off the ground!EVERY bite was filled with bones and was crunchy to the point that I nearly choked. While the flavor was there, I just couldn't enjoy the meal. I won't be returning; the atmosphere was unfriendly, and the place was almost empty, which says a lot.

Went for lunch when I was in the area. Ordered a large Jerk Pork no bbq sauce and ate there.
She brought out Jerk chicken with bbq sauce, I said that was wrong. Then she brought out Jerk port with bbq sauce, I did not order with bbq sauce, takes away the taste of the jerk seasoning, but I tried it anyways.
Then add to that, the rice and peas was mushy and clearly over cooked or left over. Same with the cabbage, soggy, no crunch.
Asked for a glass of water and got bottled water that I was charged for. She gave me a small discount and the price came out to about what I would have paid for the jerk pork with no bbq sauce, so it wasn't really a discount, plus add the bottle water to the price.
The jerk pork was pretty good, probably better without the bbq sauce. Doubt I will try them again and stick with the places in Sanford.

Hello, I would like to start out by saying that this restaurant food is always on point! The service is always friendly, however I came in today to a lady at the counter that was very unfriendly! I smiled and said hello and she just stared at me, put on her glasses and mumbled her words I don’t even know what she said. I said my order, she mumbled everything back to me. I paid, she asked me if I wanted my receipt I said yes and put the receipt on the counter when my hand was clearly reaching out for it. My food came out shortly, she packed my food and she said my food was ready. I came up to get it and there was another lady at the counter that came up there. As I was leaving I said have a great evening, the other lady smiled and responded pleasantly however like before the lady that was handling my order did not respond (well at least I didn’t hear her or see a response from her). The lady with the “Stay blessed” hat and the grey t-shirt that said LOVE that took my order today, you are misrepresenting that business with that horrible attitude. One bad apple always spoil the bunch! To the lady in the black shirt that came out later, she was very pleasant. Thank you
