  My first exposure to Main Event was with the company I was with. The Central Florida franchise created a team building day which turned out great. I have went three times since. You can eat and play which is a nice option. You can bowl, play pool, there are various arcade type games, skee ball, basketball 🏀, lazer tag, and zip line. It is definitely a great place to spend time with your family. Non family activity would be the bar in the front. They definitely have everything covered. I will be going in the near future.

  Did love the place! Buttttttttttt they definitely need more employees!! It was on a Sunday afternoon, they had a young lady in the front she was nice but overwhelmed afterwards, then they got a fat guy I don’t know doing what ,you will ask a question and he was sarcastic n rude for no reason, then they got a young lady by the arcade food place she was nice but super slow i dont know if she was new but she was by her self nobody helping her there, there were some employees that their were really nice and other I have no clue why they are their an had very bad costumers service. But other then that we went for my daughter 11 birthday we did bowling, laxer tag, the rope n we eat! The price were just ok I mean is international drive. I will love to visit again but they definitely need more staff!!!!!! And be organized because they were all lost ! SMH

  I took my nephew here in the early afternoon which was perfect. we walked in and hardly anyone was there. We were greeted by Haley, who was absolutely amazing, she and my nephew became instant friends. I was a bit worried because he can be a bit talkative but she didnt mind but she didnt mind. We started with bowling and had a blast. Kisha, our server, absolutely amazing, very patient, very attentive. The food was actually quie good. We only bowled and played a few arcade games but from the looks of it all this seems like a fun place for the family. If you have younger children I do highly reccomend coming in the early day .

  We went twice and the daytime people were amazing, friendly, and super helpful!! We really enjoyed the experience bowling, and felt like we were vip and that the staff really wanted us to come back. When we returned Monday evening it didn't have that same vibe, Partially a misunderstanding on my behalf of the deal that was available, I thought everything was included in the pay one price, but you had to pick, either games or activities.. we did end up having fun, it just didn't feel like as welcoming or like they cherished us being there. Kudos to the manager and employees during the day, you go above and beyond and make customers feel VERY welcomed!!! I will say we had 5 and 6 people bowling and we were hard pressed to finish our game in an hour, thankfully when we had 6 after being cutoff from finishing and we pressed hard they gave us 2 lanes which was much more enjoyable!

  We called in advance to book a large group and got a reservation. Upon arrival they stated they had to stager our group for ordering food. We were able to sit and order however it was 34 minutes before we got our food and other people that ordered after us got their food first. I do have to say our waitress was great and attentive. The main issue was after dinner when someone came out to tell us to leave because we were taking up tables and they had a waitlist. There were still people finishing their drinks and our kids were still playing in the arcade. We left and turned in our tickets and 30 minutes later the tables were still empty. Thee was no waitlist. It was rude and unnecessary. We spent a lot of money there and treated poorly by one of the employees.
