Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The woman at the front desk was so rude when we just had simple questions. They only had one bartender for the whole place. Definitely not worth wasting your money here. Probably the worst main event I’ve ever been to.

Great place to chill, bowl, and game. The only real issue is that it is short-staffed and the customers can feel it. It is a fun place to get prizes and enjoy your time with friends or family.

We went as a company get together, the food was way undercooked (chicken was bloody) they ran out of food before everyone got served. Some of the games didn't work. I hope my company did not pay alot. I personally would not go back.

Bowling is fun. The Main Event experience getting to it… not so much. I made an online reservation for a party of 7, two bowling lanes, for 4:00 PM on December 29th at the Main Event on International Drive in Orlando. We arrived at about 3:55 PM and were immediately told by the clerk that she could not find my reservation. I had to show her the confirmation email. She then stated that reservations made online do not appear in their system, which begs the question of why online reservations exist at all. After checking us in and giving us our shoes, she told us the lanes would be cleaned and ready in about 5 minutes. At 4:15 PM, I checked back—same response: waiting for lanes to be cleaned. At 4:30 PM, I checked again—same response. I asked to speak with a manager. The clerk spoke into a microphone. At 4:35 PM, I asked if the manager had been notified and when he would arrive at the kiosk. I was told he was “in a meeting,” which then changed to “a meeting on the phone” after I pressed for clarification. I informed my group that if we didn’t have lanes by 4:45 PM, we would return the shoes and leave. At 4:40 PM—40 minutes after our reservation time—we were finally told our lanes were ready. At the lanes, I asked a server a simple question about a pin reset. He walked right past me. I had to raise my voice to get his attention before he acknowledged me. Once we started bowling, yes—bowling is fun. That part never fails. About 20 minutes in, a waitress came by and took our food order. Roughly 30 minutes later, she returned with only part of the order and no napkins. We asked for napkins and were told she would bring some. After several minutes of eating without them, I went to find napkins myself and returned with a stack of bar-style cocktail napkins. One of the pizzas we ordered never arrived with the rest of the food. We were later told it had to be “re-made.” Eventually, the pizza arrived—along with the napkins we had asked for earlier. Bottom line: Bowling is fun. Main Event made it unnecessarily painful. Poor communication, slow response times, and a complete disconnect between online reservations and in-person operations took what should have been a straightforward outing and turned it into a frustrating experience.

this was such a fun place to visit. the cheese pizza was so delicious i could literally eat it all day. you could easily spend a couple of hours here because they have everything: a huge range of arcade games, many pool tables, many bowling lanes, laser tag and more. the guy running the laser tag (if i remember correctly his name was bailey) was so friendly and just a ray of sunshine. my only suggestion to this place is that they improve their prizes. the prizes they have right now are really lame and tacky; it was a bit disappointing racking up all the points only to walk out with a little paper fan which ended up breaking at night. this place is still worth a visit and i will definitely revisit if im ever back in orlando.
