Took 38 minutes to get our food, but it tasted like it spent half that time in the window drying out. The place was kind of a mad house, long lines, full tables, so maybe we caught them on a bad day.

We ordered a burger, chicken strips and I was excited about the Button Brownie Mint Shake. The burger and chicken were good, but the milkshake was ruined. The cast member was not friendly and clearly showed dissatisfaction when preparing my milkshake. When I complained, he said there was nothing he could do.

We ordered again, and they kept pushing our ready for pick-up time back. It is difficult to enjoy our time here if the kids keep asking where the foo is that we told them we were getting for them.
