Prices have gone up, which is expected with inflation, and that hasn’t been an issue for us. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered an extra-large cheese pizza for pickup for our family, and we are vegetarian. With two hungry kids, we grabbed the pizza and headed out. Before the adults even took a bite, we noticed pepperoni on the pizza. We immediately called the restaurant. They asked for a photo, which we sent. Then they questioned it and asked for another photo, as if we weren’t being truthful. The manager never came on the phone, and there was no apology or refund offered. Instead, we were told to call back in 15 minutes—then waited 30 minutes—only to be told our options were to drive back for a replacement or receive a future discount. It was Christmas Eve. We were not going to drive back out of the way, and the entire situation completely ruined the experience. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, apology, or basic customer service was shocking—especially on a holiday. What kind of customer service is this?
- TLTim “LG4Science”Nov 29, 20255.0Juniors Pizza & More has been my go-to pizza and wing place since 2008-2009 (can’t remember exactly) and they have ALWAYS had the best wings and wing prices of any other restaurant in town. I’ve gone as far as ordering 200 wings a couple days in advance for a friends party and Juniors came through amazingly so I seriously can’t say enough great things about them. Long story short, if you haven’t been here, maybe didn’t have the best experience on a visit, or haven’t been back in a long time, you’re missing out and I can’t recommend them enough so make a visit and enjoy all around amazing food.
