  If you are in the orlando area I would highly recommend joe’s crab shack. Our server/bartender David was excellent asking about why were visiting Florida, the activities we’ve done, and asking about activities he should do as well. The food was great and the drink recommendations were 10/10. Great atmosphere as well would recommend the crab boil with Garlic seasoning and the crab shrimp dip all around great staff and very friendly. Will be going here again with our yearly trip we take to Orlando

  My family was here for vacation, with 8 in our group, 3 adults, 3 young children and 2 teen boys. The service was excellent. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. As we were on vacation, we had been to several restaurants and this was an excellent example of outstanding customer service and food quality. The outdoor play area for the kids was a nice option to distract from their electronic entertainment. The rest rooms were clean. If you are looking for Seafood, Joe's is an excellent choice for your family.

  Horrible food which is BOUGHT IN FROZEN. OVERPRICED. SHOULDVE KNOWN WHEN I WALKED IN AND NO ONE WAS ARIOUND. WASTE IF $50 FOR A TINY CHICKEN SANDWICH AND THE SHRIMP AND FISH WHICH HAD 1 PIECE OF WHITING AND 4 SHRIMPS. AWFUL. TO THE CEO PLEASE CONTACT ME

  I’ve been coming here for years when visiting Florida this by far was our best experience Levon energy was amazing for our family he was nothing but helpful with our 5 kids and understood children our visit last year wasn’t the same but the food is always good that’s why we come back I recommend Levon as your waiter if have children I don’t even leave reviews but he made the atmosphere perfect for our family

  Our family visited this establishment yesterday and I have got to say this had to be one of the worst restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. We started by going up to the host and asked for the wait time he said “about 10 min” we were like okay that’s not too bad. We waited right over to the side of the lobby where the t shirts were. It was now approaching a 35 min wait. So my mom asked the host how much longer under the name we provided. This man says he has been looking for us. NO! he never called our name we were literally right next to him. So he brings us to a table where we waited another 10 min for the server to arrive. At that point we knew our entire order so we just ordered everything at once thinking it would come out a lot sooner. Our server was very flustered he took for ever to bring our drinks out. He kept blaming on it being more busy than normal. He Forgot to bring out my husband’s drink where he didn’t get that one for like 15 min. He brought my kids their drinks in regular cups so you know that’s a spill waiting to happen. Then time went by no apps. Nothing. It took over an hour to get our food. And the best part was my mom and brother never got their food. He gave us “complimentary” chowders. But still never acknowledged the fact that they never got their food. He also didn’t bring all of the apps we ordered. All in all it was a horrible experience. $154 for that? No one comped anything for us. There was no manager in site which was ridiculous. We will never go back there.
