  What a great experience all around!! I ordered our food just before arriving. We walked in and were instantly greeted with good vibes. I told them we were picking up a mobile order and they were already working on it ( I did not expect it to be so fast!). Our food was ready before we could even sit down. Upon opening our food I realized my sandwich was wrong. In a rush to get the order in I must have picked the wrong sandwich. I was going to just suck it up and eat what I ordered bc it was my mistake after all. I took one bite and although it was good, it was not what I was looking forward to. I mentioned it to the staff and he immediately offered to make me a new sandwich (the one I originally ment to order). He made it super fast with a smile on his face!! It was EXACTLY what I was looking foreword to!!! Sooooo good!!! Thanks Javon for the great experience and amazing lunch!! We will definitely be back again next time we are in this area!

  I had an amazing experience here today during my lunch break. All the staff were inviting and attentive. Very professional and kind. Not only to me but everyone who came in as I ate. It was refreshing to see such nice interactions. 10/10 on taste and vibes

  I had a great experience at Jimmy John’s! The food was really good with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the customer service was excellent. The team greeted me with smiling faces and made the whole visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
