  Had a great night out at **House of Blues Orlando** sitting out on the porch. The atmosphere was perfect — relaxed, good music in the background, just an all-around cool vibe. Amir and German took awesome care of us from start to finish. Super attentive without hovering, drinks were on point, and they made the whole experience feel easy and fun. You can tell when people actually enjoy what they’re doing, and it shows. They checked in at the right times and kept everything moving smoothly. Definitely one of those nights where the service makes the difference. We’ll be back for sure.

  Ok so we ordered a chicken Caesar salad (Yes I know ordering a salad at Blues Brothers is kind of foolish) but in my defense it was lunch time and I didn’t want anything heavy, with that being said the salad was not good and it cost $18, it was maybe worth $12 and not even, but certainly not worth $18. My husband asked for extra chicken and they charged $6 for 2 extra pieces. I wish I would’ve known they charge that much I would’ve said no. The only good thing in the salad was the croutons and they only put 4 pieces in so there goes that. I was very disappointed. I get a better salad from Chick-fil-A for less.

  Matt and Kerry are hands down the best bartenders at House of Blues. I’m a regular, and they always greet me with a smile and somehow already know what I’m going to order before I even say it. They make everyone feel welcome, whether you’re a regular or there for the first time. I bring a lot of family and friends from out of town here, and Matt and Kerry always make it a great experience. They’re friendly, fast, and just genuinely good people. You can tell they enjoy what they do, and it makes the whole atmosphere better. House of Blues wouldn’t be the same without them. If you get the chance, grab a drink from Matt or Kerry—you won’t be disappointed.

  Vicky, Lauren, and Mars at The House of Blues , Orlando,Florida gave my wife and I the BEST VIP service experience ever. Thank you House of Blues concert hall for providing the BEST ROCK 🎸 experience ever. The House of Blues is a SUPERB Concert Venue Experience 🤩 . My wife and I had an Amazing Time 😊😉🎉. We love the House of Blues, Orlando, FL, Highly recommended. 🥰❤️

  The reviews looked great, so we were excited to try this place. We were seated right away, which was a nice start. A younger waitress came over immediately and was incredibly sweet and helpful. She told us she wouldn’t be our official server but would help us in the meantime, and she got our drinks right away. Unfortunately, our actual waitress never came to check on us. After waiting for quite a while, the original wonderful waitress came back, apologized, and said she would just take our order herself—which we really appreciated. After that, we waited about 35 minutes with no one checking on us, no refills, and no updates. Finally, our assigned waitress came over, briefly apologized, and said the food would be out shortly. She didn’t ask if we needed anything else. Another 10 minutes passed for a total of 45 minutes, and our order—just chicken wings and a small bowl of jambalaya—finally came out. A few minutes later, the waitress came back and said, “Hope the food was worth the wait.” Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Overall, it was a disappointing first experience. The only bright spot was the first waitress, who was amazing and truly did her best to help us. We really wish she had been our server the whole time.
