We took the kids to see The Pretty Reckless"which is a metal band. The 14 year old girl that i was with had her hair pulled by an adult that tried to drag her for no reason. She was very excited to see this band. This is not ok as she wasn't trying to mosh and was just watching the show. Then the 16 year old boy that I was with was attacked by 3 security members while he was moshing with his dad alone and was physically attacked and forced out of the venue. This 16v year old isn't a big boy. Then 8 security guards attacked his father that was trying to protect his son and the police were called after he tried to explain that they were harassing both of his minor children that were doing nothing more than watching the show. They were separated and the daughter was harassed when she was trying to find her father and is blind and verbally abused by security. None were being out of line and were trying to just have fun at a concert. Don't go to this venue. They do not tolerate any sort of movement at all and have zero tolerance. This is not fun at all for a metal concert. People who go to metal shows are amazing people and are not there to hurt others, but to have a good time without hurting others. This is sad and I will never attend another show at this venue. It was very very inappropriate and they treated the kids very badly and they did not get to see but a song by the band that they paid to see.

Shoutout to the security crew working the Men I Trust concert on Nov 22nd, especially Zen, who empathetically listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly, calling his manager without hesitating as I was leaving the venue and getting me to stay. Management was wonderful and we talked for a bit, and the bartenders were really friendly, overall the atmosphere was great due to the workers! Give them a raise asap! ♥️

Terrible Service.
Ill start by saying the food was pretty good. We had a table of 7, but 3 kids. We were in an area of several large groups. But every other group had exceptional waitstaff, where table that were coming in after us left before we even got our food.
Waitress was absent. After about 40 minutes, she came over to verify our order because she said that she couldn't read her writing. Then kept insisting our order was submitted. Proceeded to wait about another 25 minutes after being told she'd "check on our order" then disappeared. Went to hostess stand to ask for manager. Hostesses were amazing and when the manager came over, they even validated how long we were there (they can see on ipad all times). Manager was great. took 50% off the FOOD, plus sent a few desserts for my nephews birthday. after a total of 2 hours, finally got the bill.
waitress was overly nice (obviously fake) because she wanted a tip. then i see she added several meals at the end of our slip. obviously she added as we did not receive the food.... i confronted and she reluctantly removed, but added a less meal! I feel she did this as most do not review slip and maybe thought being 50% off thats what I would focus on. The manager also had the receipt which he took 50% off where these meals did NOT appear. But i FINALLY got her to remove 3 EXTRA meals she added. I left a tip, but honestly I should not have. if she was just honest and said she was busy, forgot to put our meals in... ok no harm. but she just lied to us blaming the kitchen, when 8 tables around us had no problems getting drinks or food.
Praise the manager for making sure our food came. With out him, we'd still be waiting.
Would go again, but if i get this waitress I wouldn't be embarrassed to get a seat change.

Went to a concert here a few nights ago and the security guard between us as the stage made me and all my friends have the best time ever. His name was Conner and he was very welcoming to us while being focused on catching crowdsurfers.
We hadn't had the greatest experiences here in the past, but due to the awesome job he did we now look forward to coming back for future concerts. I hope his managers appreciate him give him a raise.

Ok so this was our first time at this spot recommended by a friend to help celebrate my wife's birthday and it was a blast all around! They had luve mysic which set te mood up nicely! Our server, Heather was so pleasant and outgoing and more importantly , very knowledgeable about the food choices! Heather is definitely an asset For the House of Blues organization! She paid attention to us a lot of the time while also multitasking withher other tables. She even found a moment to take photos of us and with us which says a lot about her spirit ans character! We had the Mac and cheese skillet that was to die for and if you add brisket, it was even better. We also had the cornbread with honey butter and it served all 4 of us, you barely tasted the jalapeno, but you did get a little bit of heat, which was awesome. I had the Cajun pasta, which shrimp and my taste buds was so freaking happy, it was ridiculous! My friend had the shrimp and grits with andoulle sausage and he said that it was phenomenal in flavor! Another one of our friends had the black and salmon and literally had to take some home because it was a great portion as was all of the food that we had served to us that night! The bartender was extremely generous with her poor as we waited to be seated at that didn't even take long! My wife and I are anxiously looking forward to our next visit to the House of Blues in Orlando , in the very , very near future! I highly recommend that you too check out this spot! You will not be dissatisfied at all and make sure that you ask for Heather to be your server, Because she definitely made the difference and made our day! Thank you again, Heather for an awesome experience at your establishment, The House of Blues in Orlando! YOU GUYS ROCK!
